By installing or using the JobZap Chrome extension or this website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Service Description
JobZap is a Chrome extension that filters job listings locally in your browser. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn or any other third-party platform.
2. Pricing
The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, with advance notice.
3. Acceptable Use
JobZap currently operates on LinkedIn. By using the Service, you remain responsible for complying with LinkedIn's User Agreement and the terms of any other platform the Service operates on.
4. Intellectual Property
The JobZap name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use our name or branding without permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. It may break when LinkedIn or other platforms update their interfaces, and continued maintenance is not guaranteed.
6. Limitation of Liability
JobZap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
