JobZap is an open-source Chrome extension for filtering LinkedIn job listings. Privacy is built into how it works — this policy explains what that means in practice.

The JobZap extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All filtering happens locally in your browser — no data ever leaves your device.
2. Information we collect
Extension:Your preferences (hidden companies, keywords, filters) are stored using Chrome's built-in storage and may sync across your devices if Chrome Sync is enabled. This data is never sent to JobZap's servers.
This website: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous page view data (country, browser type). No cookies or personal identifiers are used.
3. Cookies
JobZap does not use cookies or tracking pixels.
4. Third-party services
JobZap does not integrate any advertising networks or data brokers. No third party receives your personal data.
JobZap complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Security
Because the extension runs entirely in your browser, your data never reaches our servers. This website is served over HTTPS.
6. Your rights
Because JobZap collects no personal data, there is nothing stored about you to access, correct, export, or delete. If you have any concerns about how this policy is applied, reach us at hello@jobzap.app.
